The 62 Railing Base Flange can be bolted down to the floor to hold the uprights in position, while a 69 Railing Flange With Toeboard Adapter can be used where a toeboard is required. A toeboard is generally used where there is the possibility of there being loose materials near the mezzanine edge. These materials can be kicked off by accident, causing harm to anyone who may be underneath.
