Clothes Storage Rails - Paul Garvey Agencies
Being a busy distributor of a wide range of mens and womens clothing, Paul Garvey Agencies needed a new storage facility to keep stock of all their clothes. Taking full advantage of the space available would mean installing wide rails which would need to hold a large volume of clothing within each section.
Industrial Strength Clothes Rails
Using Kee Klamp fittings and industrial strength tube would ensure that the rails were extremely heavy duty and provide an ideal solution to the problem. Our round flanges could be easily fixed into concrete walls and would be able to withstand a large weight. All fittings are designed to withstand heavy loads, so loading them up with many layers of clothes would be no issue.
Strengthening The Unit
This project follows the same design idea as our Wall Mounted Clothing Rail Kit. Making the unit so much taller would require additional fixing points, while extra posts were added to the width to provide added strength.
Alternative Sizes Provided
Our predesigned kit offers a choice of widths up to 2400mm, giving the option to customise your rails to suit your room size in your home or business. Any widths greater than this would need the additional posts. Contact us below to discuss your clothing rails and we will gladly help you come up with the right design.
Holding Large Volumes of Clothes
The clothes rails were originally designed to hold layers of clothes which were 2 rows high. However, Paul later decided it would be best to add another row and go higher overall, taking greater advantage of wall space. The versatility of the fittings would make this easily achieved, and a quick phone call was all it took to redesign the section slightly and provide an appropriate solution.
Looks great and does the job.
